How To Install GrutBrushes Pattern Fills: 
1. DRAG AND DROP the TPL file(s) (not the PNG or txt files) onto the Photoshop Icon on your desktop (win) or dock (mac) When Photoshop opens you will will find the pattern brushes in the Tool Presets panel. 
2. THAT's IT!! You're DONE

Now you can select it in the Tool Presets panel and click to fill any area with your new pattern!

Alternate installation instructions: Pick A, B or C depending on your situation

A) Into the free GrutBrushes Plugin (Photoshop CC)
-------------------------------------------
1. Click the "Add" button
2. Select the zip file "GrutBrushes-FI-Pattern-Name.zip"
3. Click OK

Are you a GrutBrushes member? Click on the 'NEW" button in the GrutBrushes plugin, login and navigate to the textures page where you can browse and install new patterns from within Photoshop!

B) Into Photoshop Tool Presets Panel (all versions):

(use this method only if drag and drop didn't work)
1. Unzip/extract "GrutBrushes-FI-Pattern-Name.zip"
2. Drag and Drop the TPL file "GrutBrushes-FI-Pattern-Name.TPL" onto the Photoshop icon on your desktop (win) or your dock (mac) 
3. Open Photoshop and from the 'Window' menu open the 'Tool Presets' panel. You will find the Bucket Fill tool with the same name in there (if you don't see it, make sure you uncheck the 'Current Tool Only' box or pick the fill tool from the left menu)

C) Into the Photoshop Patterns Panel

Quick Method: Drag and drop the .PAT file onto the Photoshop Icon on your desktop (win) or dock (mac) or into Photoshop itself (but not onto an image)

Long method:
1. Unzip/extract "GrutBrushes-FI-Pattern-Name.zip"
2. Open the Presets Manager: Edit > Preset Manager (Then select Patterns as Preset Type in dropdown)
3. Select "Import Brushes" from the Pattern panel menu (top right of the Brushes panel)
3. Find and load 'GrutBrushes-Pattern-Brushes-Borders.abr' from the file that you unzipped in step 1
